Hurricane Attachments was established in 1989 as a concrete rock breaker manufacturing company and a hydraulic hammer repair business. The company developed and introduced products such as the PowerSledge and RockBreaker attachments. In the late 1990s, Hurricane developed the first generation Drop Hammer. Today they offer the HD3700 and HD10000 Hurricane Drop Hammers.

Hurricane Attachments was purchased in 2020 by two long-time equipment industry veterans who looked to expand and grow the company. The new owners retained the current employees, expanded the product lines, and increased the company’s manufacturing service capabilities.

Today the company operates out of four locations across four states, employing nearly 30 people with plans for additional expansion coming soon.
